Who We Are:
Our aides are hired and employed by Sonny Care LLC and are NOT subcontractors. Our Employees come with various backgrounds. Some are Certified Home Health Aides and some are CNA’s. Most have cared for their own family members and have dedicated themselves to helping others. Some have worked in the healthcare field and all enjoy working one-on-one with our various clients. All of our aides truly treasure the personal gratification that comes from helping others.
Most importantly, we take extra time to match the client with the appropriate aide’s skill-set, experience and personality to help ensure a successful and continuous relationship. The result is a consistent, working relationship so beneficial that our clients often say their aides are more than caregivers; they're like family.
Our aides receive ongoing specialized training in their respective fields through scheduled seminars to keep abreast with current care standards. We make sure that clients receive the very best of care and we tailor that care to meet their specific needs that he or she deserves.
We are very methodical during the selection process of our employees. All Sonny Care applicants undergo a thorough background check, which includes criminal screening, and must provide both personal and work references. Employee’s medical profile must be complete and up-to-date, as do their employment authorizations. All applicants must undergo drug screening.
We follow the highest standards in providing care to our clients and our licensed agency managers supervise all Sonny Care employees.
